Once registration is complete and the app has been downloaded, all you have to do is activate the bluetooth, access the app, start the digital key and place your smartphone on the black device near the doors to enter the hotel and on the white device above the door. room door handle. (wait a few seconds, after the green light flashes, remove the smartphone)
At check out you can leave your luggage in our storage, and take full advantage of your time to experience the city.
PARKING
We have a deal with a secure parking close by for € 30,00 per day, plus 1€ for the access of ZTL. On the day of arrival go directly to park the car at the "Garage Michelangelo" Via Ricasoli 28 Firenze (phone n° +39055239 9126).
Otherwise the closest and cheapest public parking is "Garage Parterre”, located in Via Ponte Rosso 4 and it costs €15/day. Walking from this parking to the Hotel takes 10-15 minutes approximately.
ZTL
The hotel is located inside the ZTL, a car restricted area where you cannot drive without specific permission; we are able to issue temporary access permits (€1) just to reach us and unload your luggages; then you'll have to park your car outside the ZTL area.

Monday to Friday 07:30 - 20:00, Saturday 07:30 - 16:00.
Summer Night ZTL Timetable
from the first Thursday of April to the first Sunday of October.
every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 3am the following day.
TAXI
If you want to reach the Station or the Airport, on the day Once you exit the hotel, head right towards Piazza San Marco, you will find the taxi rank there. In case there are none or you want to find one directly under the Hotel, you can go to the website of the taxi company and write directly via whatsapp or call.
TRAMVIA
Reaching the airport via the tramway is very simple and cheap. Arriving at the station, on foot or by bus, take the T2 line towards the airport, the last stop is the one where you need to get off. The ticket costs 1.50 Euros and is valid for 90 minutes
BUS
Reaching the Santa Maria Novella station is very simple, take the bus number 23 stop Museo di San Marco and get off at the Scalette station, if you want to proceed towards the airport, take the Tramvia and the Bus from the Bus Terminal.
